We want you to be happy with your Little Vibes purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a printing or manufacturing problem
• You receive the wrong item or wrong size from what you ordered

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or refund. We may ask for a photo of the item so we can verify the problem.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or otherwise used

This does not affect claims involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
